我们很高兴确认上月谈判中达成的协议，并且盼望与你合作愉快和成功。在签订正式 合约之前，我们原就双方达成一致意见的主要各点确认如下：

1. 从今年 3 月 1 日开始你方作为我方独家代理，为期两年。

2. 我方付你方销售我方产品的佣金是百分之三。

3. 你方不得为自己或其他供应商的利益销售别家厂商的竞争性产品。

4. 你方应该按月提供销售报表并接受我方向你支取的到期净金额的汇票。

5. 你方应该在陈列室内展出我方各内产品。

一旦收到你方确认上述各点的来函，我方既做出合约，并寄你方会签。
