Standard: 在前台新员工开始工作的前两个月，要对员工进行前台全面的培训。

Before first two months to commencing work in the Reception, a details training schedule must be completed. 程序：

Procedures: 1.每位新员工在正式工作之前将接受为期两个月的新员工培训 Every new associate will have two months training before commencing work in the reception 2.新员工在入职第一天将从前台培训员处得到培训手册及培训安排。

New associate will get training kit and training schedule from front desk trainer. 3.前台培训员将为新员工进行为期一天的部门入职培训。

One day orientation will be conducted by front desk trainer. 4.新员工将被安排去前厅部其他部门,客房部，及预订部进行七天交叉培训。

7 days cross training will be arranged for the new associate with front office other departments, HSKP and reservation department. 5.前台培训员将结合部门的标准与程序为新员工进行两周电脑系统操作培训。

2 weeks Opera system introduction according department SOP by front desk trainer. 6.新员工经过前台培训员一个月的培训后，前台培训员将指定一名接待员对新员工进行一个月的工作中 培训。
