  在教直接引语变间接引语中人称的转变时,我从真实语境、情景出发,从学生身边熟悉的人、物入手,先做大量的听说训练。第一步,让一些学生轮流站起来,各说一个含有人称代词的句子,班上其余学生复述。如我问Gary:How do you go to school? Gary说:I often go to school by bike. 老师转身问全班同学:What does Gary say? 其余学生说:Gary says he often goes to school by bike. (把这个句子板书在黑板)我及时提醒学生,在转述他人的说话时,要改变什么?根据什么去改变?又如Flora说:I help my parents to do some housework. 其余学生就说:Flora says she helps her parents to do some housework. 如此练八、九个学生。第二步,我在黑板上写下Miss Su says...,然后我说句子,让学生用Miss Su says做主句来复述我说过的话。例如我说:I have a daughter. 学生就说:Miss Su says she has a daughter. (有的学生不小心说了Miss Su says I have a daughter. 就被别的学生笑了,笑过之后,犯错的学生会马上意识到要转换人称。)我再说:I love my students. 学生说:Miss Su says she loves her students.我又说:I know your name. 学生说:Miss Su says she knows my name.如此练五、六句。第三步,分三人小组练习,让全体学生都开动脑筋开口发言,第一个学生说一个句子,第二个学生向第三个学生转述,轮流造句。第四步,抽几组进行表演,检查有否正确转换人称。
  设计这几个环节的目的,就是让学生通过身边的同学,在真实、熟悉的语境中,去轻松理解人称的转变,不必死记硬背,就能掌握运用。做完大量的口头练习之后,再让学生做一些中考题型,如单选、句型转换,学生就能水到渠成地写出答案,正确率颇高,学习效果好。教师还可先展示学生自己的图片进行口头练习,比较主动句和被动句,直接用被动句结构做句子。第一步,从学生身边发生的事开始引入。例如,教一般现在时的被动语态时,给出谓语结构am/is/are+P.P. 然后展示由本班学生担当主角的照片,引导学生们说出:Breakfast is eaten by Jack. Trees are watered by Tony. Dogs are fed by Jimmy. I am bumped by Tom. Money is counted by the little girl. 等句子。多运用幽默有趣的动画、照片,激发起学生说被动句的兴趣和欲望。第二步,二人小组练习,说被动句,尽量多说幽默的句子。第三步,进行比赛:把全班分成八个竖行小组,看哪个小组说的被动句最多,句子不能重复,说得最多的前4组加分。第四步,口头作文:A Weekday. 学生把自己一天中常发生的事情,尽可能多地用被动句说出来。第五步,学生个人表演,用被动语态说出自己的A Weekday。有的学生说:In the morning, I am often woken up by my clock. Breakfast is cooked by me. Exercise books are handed in by Jerry. We are asked questions by the teachers. James is often played jokes by us.
