The Various Chinese Food Chinese are famous for Chinese cuisine. Chinese are the ultimate gourmet. We would say we'd eat everything that has four legs besides the dinner table, everything that has two wings besides a plane.Various food make our life so colurful and happy. The different place of china has different climate,which has various materials.The north of China is temperate climate,which form a kind of cooked wheaten food culture.There are delicious noodles ,especially in Shanxi province.And people also eat food made from corn,such as Corn and sparerib soup.The south of china has moist climate,which has plenty of aquatic product.Many of person like Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage and Chili，which is also my favourte food. There are various matereials,which stimualte people to creat deliciousfood. Chinses food has eight kinds of food mainly,which contains most of the food in China.Sichuan food is welcomed by people,which conquers people by a taste of spicy.Cantonese cuisine are made from the most fresh materials,which make people feel we i am alive.Meanwhile,eight kinds of food is classic food in China,which is the beginning of many other kind of food.In Hebei province,Hot and sour potato silk is from Sichuan cuisine. There are eight kinds of food mainly,but every nationality has their own delicious food. China has 56 nationalities which has their unique food.The different nationality has different food culture.In the south of China,people like delicate food,but Uyghur nationality like undisciplined and wild style of eating food.So,many of food was created.The different nationality has different dietary habit.The Hui nationality don’t eat pork,but they have delicious muttton food,such as roast lamb. During the Dragon Boat Festival, though many people cannot reach the river zone to watch the boat race, almost all of them eat the unique food -zongzi。

On the eighth day of the last month in the Chinese lunar calendar, people will enjoy a nourishing porridge called ''La Ba Zhou''. On the wedding day, it is also customary to serve Chinese dates, peanuts, longan and chestnuts together as wish that the couple will soon have a baby in accord with the Chinese proclamation. Various food accompany us throught our every monents in our life,and make our life more happy and sweet.
